Sprague™ 325P & 328P AC Capacitors for Motor Run Applications   Applications : Sprague's 325P series motor run AC capacitors are designed to be used in motor, pump, air conditioning, compressor, lighting, and general purpose AC applications. This series has UL, VDE, CSA approvals, and are for the USA, European and Asian markets requiring these approvals.These capacitors are also available for you through Saha Sprague Limited.   For more design options, see ANTEX A7™ motor run capacitors, manufactured for applications where UL, VDE, CSA approvals are not required. 325P capacitors contain a metalized polypropylene dielectric, and offer outstanding electrical characteristics (including excellent capacitance stability with temperature and time), as well as very low internal power losses. The 325P series capacitors are oil-filled, and offer improved performance, proven reliability, and size and weight savings over older designs. These capacitors are housed in tern plate steel cases. A U.L.-approved internal pressure-actuated current interrupter is a standard safety feature. Sprague also offers a line of standard-dual and concentric-dual capacitors--the 328P line. Our 328P AC dual-rated capacitors range in voltage from 240 to 480 VAC. At 370 V, the microfarad ratings range from 15+3 to 80+10. At 440 V, the microfarad ratings range from 15+3 to 50+7.5. Sprague offers special customer-service programs for the 325P and 328P lines, including J-I-T delivery, stock programs, special packaging, and private labeling. We also offer full engineering support.
